Numi AI collects personal data solely through the contact form on this site. This policy explains what data we receive, what we use it for and how you can request its deletion, in compliance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012.
What data we collect
Only the data you type into the form:
- Name
- Your business name
- What your business does
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
- The description of what you need to automate
What we use it for
For two purposes, and no others:
- To contact you in order to schedule and hold the strategy call you requested.
- To assess your case and prepare a proposal suited to your operation.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, transfer or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as there is an active commercial conversation with you. If you ask us to delete it, we do.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. We respond within the timeframes set by law.
